This car stereo is made with connectivity in mind! Besides the standard FM/AM RDS radio, it also has a USB port for MP3 players and memory sticks, an iPod connector, a line input for analog sources, an SD card reader and Bluethooth support.
Let’s start with MP3 support. It has 1 gigabyte of internal memory, wich can be extended with SD cards or USB drives. You can also connect a portable MP3 player. What sets this car stereo apart is the fact that the manufacturer kept in mind that the iPod isn’t the only MP3 player! All too often you see car stereos with only a connector for the iPod and nothing else. With this one, you can use any type of portable player; even old cassette walkmans will work! You can store the player behind the front panel, since there are connectors on the back of it.
Besides a car stereo it is also a state of the art handsfree kit. It has Bluethooth connectivity and voice dialing. When you receive a call, the caller ID is displayed on the 2.4″ TFT display and the music is automatically muted. The two microphones on the front are automatically adjusted to your position to get optimal sound.
