Q Industries is a web design company with almost ten years of experience. Over the past decade, they have built over 100 websites and customized, platform-independent web applications for a large variety of clients. Some of their clients are General Electric, Microsoft, Volkswagen of America, Lockheed Martin, several universities and a few US government departments. Their portfolio shows a large variety of different types of websites, proving their expertise in web design. They have clients in different field: entertainment, education, government, technology, etcetera.
Besides just designing websites, they also offer different web development services. They develop customized web applications, either from scratch or starting from existing libraries, content management systems that allow for easy updating of websites without extensive web design knowledge or training, customer relations management applications and ecommerce solutions. This year, Q Industries was honored as the Small Business Of The Year by the Washington DC Economic Partnership and the District of Columbia government. This award is given each year to an outstanding business of fifty people or less in size byt the Washington DC Economic Partnership, a non profit organisation that aims to promote small business operations in the District of Columbia.
