A few days ago Nintendo announced the Wii MotionPlus, wich will allow much more accurate motion tracking with the Wiimote. Even though the pictures showed a small device you could just clip on the Wiimote, it’s not certain yet it will be available as an add-on. Nintendo apparently hasn’t decided wether they will manufacture them as add-ons or as new Wiimotes with a built-in MotionPlus module. So chances are you’ll have to buy a new Wiimote if you want a MotionPlus.
